This policy explains what AdPros Marketing collects when you use www.adprosmarketing.com, why we collect it, who else can see it, and how to ask us to change or delete it.
It covers this website only. It does not cover the advertising, analytics or website accounts we operate on behalf of our clients — those are governed by our agreement with the client whose account it is.

Use that e-mail address or that phone number for any question or request about your information. A person reads both.
The only place this site asks you for information is the contact form. It appears in the pop-up that every “Get Started” button opens, and on the Contact Us, Free Cup of Coffee and Free Website Audit pages. It asks for:
Every one of those is something you type or choose yourself. The form also contains one hidden field that is supposed to stay empty; it exists to catch automated spam, and if a bot fills it in the submission is discarded.
When you submit the form, it is posted over HTTPS to an endpoint we operate at forms.adprosmarketing.com. That endpoint hands the contents to Brevo, an e-mail delivery service, which sends it to our inbox as an e-mail. So your submission passes through Brevo on the way to us and then lives in our e-mail system.
We use what you send to reply to you and to discuss the work you asked about. This site has no newsletter, and submitting the form does not subscribe you to one. We do not rent or sell what you send us.
This site is static — there are no accounts, no logins, no shopping cart and no payments. It still collects the following in the ordinary course of being a website:
We run Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID GT-NF7NMZ3, configured through
Google Site Kit) to see which pages people read, how they arrived, and what kind of
device they are on. Google states that Analytics 4 does not log or store full IP
addresses; it derives an approximate location from the IP and discards it. Google's own
description of how it handles this data is
here.
We advertise on Google. Conversion tracking (account AW-662956472) tells us
when a visit that started with one of our ads ended in a form submission, so we can see
which ads are worth running. It does not tell us who you are.
These scripts are loaded lazily — after your first interaction with the page, or a few seconds after the page has finished loading, whichever comes first — rather than the moment the page opens.
This site sets no cookies of its own. The cookies you will find come from the three services above:
_ga and
_ga_<id>) so that repeat visits can be told apart from new ones.
_gcl_ family) so an ad
click can be connected to a later form submission.
The exact names and lifetimes belong to those services and can change without us being told; treat the names above as a guide rather than a guarantee.
There is no cookie banner on this site. If you would rather none of this ran, you have these options, all of which work:
We do not currently act on Do Not Track browser signals, because there is still no agreed standard for what a website is supposed to do when it receives one. We would rather say that plainly than claim a compliance we have not built.
Only the services that have to, in order to do the job described above: our hosting provider (delivering the site), Brevo (delivering your form submission to us as e-mail) and Google (analytics and advertising). Each handles it under its own terms and privacy policy.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Note that California law defines “sharing” broadly enough that advertising and analytics cookies can count, even where no money changes hands — which is exactly what the browser-level controls above are for.
We will also disclose information if the law requires it, or if we need to in order to protect the site or defend a legal claim.
An enquiry sent through the form reaches us as an e-mail and stays in our mail system while we are talking to you, and afterwards for as long as we may reasonably need a record of the conversation. We have not set an automatic deletion date on it. If you want yours removed, e-mail Sales@AdProsMarketing.com and we will delete it.
Analytics and advertising data is retained by Google under its own retention settings and policies, not ours.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to know what personal information a business has collected about you, to have it deleted, to have it corrected, and not to be treated worse for asking.
Wherever you live, you can ask us for the same things and we will honour the request. E-mail Sales@AdProsMarketing.com or call (855) 819-3799 and tell us what you want done. We may have to ask you something only you would plausibly know, so that we do not hand your information to somebody else. You can have someone act for you; we will still need to confirm it is what you want.
This site sells marketing services to businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us something through this site, e-mail us and we will delete it.
Our footer links to our profiles on Facebook, X, Yelp, LinkedIn and Google, and articles on this site sometimes link out to other people's pages. Once you follow a link off this site, what happens next is covered by that site's privacy policy, not this one.
The whole site is served over HTTPS and the contact form is submitted over HTTPS. This site never asks for a password, a payment card, a government ID number or any other sensitive category of information — so please do not send any of that through the form. No system is perfectly secure, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
When what we do changes, we will change this page and update the date at the top. There is no archive of previous versions; if you need to know what it said on a particular date, ask us.
